Glow Thursdays are now at Ultrabar! Each week Glow brings the biggest DJs from around the world to spin the best music in Washington, DC on the main floor. The Bedroom (second floor) features the best in bass music while the Vault (basement) brings local and college DJs, Chroma is open to special guests. Dance music fans look no further, your Thursday party has arrived.

It’s been 14 years since the concept of Glow was introduced to Washington, DC night life. What started as a single party with George Acosta back in ’99 has now become a full fledged institution of global clubbing. Glow helped break artists like Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and Avicii in America. David Guetta named it his favorite party in the world in the 2010 DJ Magazine Top 100 Poll. Former residents who have gone onto achieving world-wide success include Armin van Buuren, Sasha, Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate, Pleasurekraft and more. 

None of this would have been possible without the continued love and support of our friends, families and above all else, our loyal, dedicated fan base. We exist only through the people and it has been a beautiful watching our beloved electronic dance music grow from a thoroughly niche and sometimes taboo form of entertainment to a budding billion dollar global industry.
