Funkagenda headlines tonight at GLOW!

Definitely one of the best names around; Adam Walder AKA Funkagenda has been releasing straight bangers for 6 years now. Tracks you definitely know include the ever-popular “What the Fuck,” the track “Nobody Listens to Techno,” which samples an Eminem lyric that the song is named from, as well as collaborations with Mark Knight which include “Good Times” and their re-work of the classic “Man With the Red Face.” The funky one has also released tons of remixes for artists like Chris Lake, Radiohead, Robbie Rivera, Swedish House Mafia, Daft Punk and Wally Lopez. He works with everyone.
You seriously need to come to this event. Now is when DJs begin to make their initial campaigns for the DJ Magazine Top 100. It’s the push before summer. The festival circuit is coming up, then Ibiza, then it’s time to vote. Coming off the best British breakthrough artist award, Funkagenda is out to show the world why he is the #1 rising star from one of the most dance music-savvy nations in the world. We’re truly lucky to have Funkagenda gracing the decks; Fur is going to be absolutely nuts!

The weather is great, and the party is hot Saturdays at Ultrabar

The weekend is already in full swing at Ultrabar and time to party and let loose. The best place to do it is at Ultrabar nightclub DC, which hosts “Chroma” Saturdays every weekend. The place is awesome, with 6 lavish bars on 5 gorgeous floors, with 4 bangin DJs, all in 1 great club. Jam to the old school in the basement, hit up the main floor for the best in top 40, hip hop, and dance, go up the stairs to the bedroom to catch the best in latin music, and find your way to the VIP for the house and international!
