Web series have been a new upcoming art form for a while and have been changing the film industry. They will be making their festival debut at our very own DC Filmfest with a collection of the best web series programs produced in the DC area. The web series format is made of a series of short web-based videos and it has been gaining popularity among many independent filmmakers. The event is called the Best of DC Web Series and will include the award winning Orange Juice in Bishop’s Garden.

Each day has special guests including many of the directors and several artists of the films and they will all be participating in Q&A sessions with the audience after the screenings. There is an iPhone App so you can have all the screening times, event info and more right at your finger tops so download it from your app store to plan out your day!
